The highway bypass of the City of Regina, capital of the Province of Saskatchewan in Canada, will open to traffic on October 29, 2019.<\/p>\n
The Regina Bypass is the largest transportation infrastructure project in the province of Saskatchewan\u2019s history, representing an investment of CAD 1.9 billion (USD 1.5 billion).<\/p>\n
Its scope: 61 km of roads, including 37 km newly built, 24 km refurbished, 12 new interchanges, and 33 new bridges and viaducts.<\/p>\n
